\nThe Philharmonic will invite 3,000 elementary and middle school students to the Broome County Forum Theater for a 50-minute performance featuring guest violinist and Southern Tier native Sophia Werner. The program will introduce young audiences to the music of Ludwig van Beethoven, Igor Stravinsky, and Samuel Barber through a dynamic blend of storytelling and live orchestral performance.<\/p>
\nParticipating schools will be provided with program-based lesson plans, functioning as both preparation for concert attendance and general music education classroom materials. Open to all students, the second performance is designed as a \u201csensory concert\u201d, with programming adapted for students with sensory sensitivities.<\/p>
