\nThe following resolutions were passed:<\/p>

  1. \nTo adopt the Directors\u2019 Statement, Audited Financial Statements and the Auditor\u2019s Report.\n<\/li>\n
  2. \nTo re-elect the following Directors as set out below:\na) Mr. Andreas Sohmen-Pao\nb) Mr. Donald John Ridgway\nc) Mr. Peter Graham Read\nd) Ms. Anand Su Yin\ne) Ms. Tan Chin Hwee, Emily\n<\/li>\n
  3. \nTo re-appoint Mr. Andreas Sohmen-Pao as Chairman of the Board of Directors.\n<\/li>\n
