SCP was awarded with the Out of Court Restructuring of the Year Award (Lower Middle Market) and the Corporate Restructuring of the Year Award (Small Market), respectively, for their work with the companies.<\/p><\/a><\/a>

\nThe recognition of Out of Court Restructuring of the Year Award honors SCP\u2019s work on \u201cMe and My Big Ideas\u201d in the Lower Middle Market, which included SCP playing a key role in structuring and negotiating an ABC transaction with the company\u2019s ownership and lenders. The award for Corporate Restructuring of the Year (Small Market) was in recognition of SCP\u2019s work on the sale and restructuring for Ashley Stewart, a plus size fashion retailer.<\/p>
