\nBrian brings more than a decade of experience advising clients on complex intellectual property matters across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and advanced technology sectors. His practice spans both patent litigation and strategic counseling, with significant experience serving as lead counsel in federal courts on matters involving biotechnology, biosynthesis, pharmaceuticals, and engineering-driven technologies.<\/p>

\nHe earned his J.D., with a certificate in intellectual property law, from DePaul University College of Law and his B.S.E. in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan. An active pro bono practitioner, Brian advises a charitable research grant foundation and assists Afghan refugees seeking humanitarian parole entry into the United States.<\/p>
