RAPID CITY, S.D.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Conti Federal Services, LLC, a leading federal construction and engineering firm, has been awarded a $36.3M firm-fixed-price contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Omaha District to construct the Aircrew Distributed Debriefing (ADD) Flight Simulator Facility at Ellsworth Air Force Base. This award marks another significant investment in the infrastructure required to train and sustain the nation\u2019s next\u2011generation long\u2011range strike capability.<\/p>

\nThe project scope includes construction of an addition to the existing B\u201121 simulator facility. The new 16,500\u2011square\u2011foot secure space will support a variety of advanced training and simulation activities essential to B\u201121 aircrew readiness. Work will include new structural systems, interior build\u2011out of high\u2011security simulator areas, associated paving, site features, utility upgrades, and infrastructure needed to fully support modern training technologies.<\/p>
