MIAMI & DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits<\/a> (Southern Glazer's)\u2014the world\u2019s preeminent distributor of beverage alcohol\u2014today announced the successful closing of its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Clare Rose Inc. (Clare Rose)<\/a>. Effective immediately, the business will operate under the name Southern Glazer\u2019s Beverage Company of New York, servicing Nassau and Suffolk counties in Long Island, New York.<\/p><\/a><\/a>

\nThe transaction includes the exciting opportunity to distribute Anheuser-Busch\u2019s full product portfolio currently sold in the Long Island area\u2014from its industry-leading beer brands, including Michelob ULTRA, Busch Light, Budweiser, and Bud Light, to its fast-growing hard beverages, including Cutwater Spirits, N\u00dcTRL Vodka Seltzer, and BeatBox Beverages, to its new energy drink line, Phorm Energy\u2014along with Tilray Brands, Pabst Brewing Company, and a range of brands from additional suppliers.<\/p>
