KYOTO, Japan--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nidec Corporation (TOKYO: 6594; OTC US: NJDCY) (the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cwe\u201d) hereby announces that Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (\u201cISS\u201d), a leading proxy advisory firm, has issued a report recommending that shareholders vote \u201cFOR\u201d all proposals to be entered at the Company\u2019s upcoming 53rd Regular General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 18, 2026.<\/p><\/a><\/a>

\nThe proposals:<\/p>

\n1. Partial Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation\n2. Election of eight Members of the Board of Directors who are not Audit and Supervisory Committee Members\n3. Election of four Members of the Board of Directors who are Audit and Supervisory Committee Members\n4. Revision of amount of remuneration, etc. for Members of the Board of Directors who are not Audit and Supervisory Committee Members\n5. Revision of amount of remuneration, etc. for Members of the Board of Directors who are Audit and Supervisory Committee Members<\/p>
