This followed 10 years in East Asia, where he served as the Head of the World Bank in Vietnam and Indonesia.<\/p> \nSir Andrew is a board member of the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet, a member of the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development, a member of the UK Foreign Secretary\u2019s Foreign Policy Board, and a Global Agenda Trustee for the World Economic Forum, where he co-chairs its Global Futures Council on Innovative Finance for Climate and Nature. He has served on the advisory boards of Bank of America and IKEA and was co-chair of HSBC's climate advisory committee.
