(NYSE: PRU<\/a>) announces that the previously disclosed net asset value (NAV) per share of the PGIM Active Aggregate Bond ETF<\/a> (PAB), PGIM Short Duration Multi-Sector Bond ETF<\/a> (PSDM) and PGIM Total Return Bond ETF <\/a>(PTRB) for May 29, 2026, was restated by the amount indicated below on June 1, 2026. This restatement is the result of an accounting error in calculating each exchange-traded fund\u2019s NAV by a third-party administrator. Upon detecting the issue, PGIM acted promptly to direct the third-party fund administrator to correct the error.<\/p><\/a><\/a>\n\n\n\n\n
