AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Coalition Against Financial Crime (CAFC) today announced the launch of the Certified AI Practitioner in Financial Crime (CAPFC\u2122)<\/b>, the industry\u2019s first professional certification dedicated to AI governance within financial crime compliance programs. The launch coincides with CAFC\u2019s second anniversary and marks a major milestone in the evolution of responsible AI oversight across the global financial services sector.<\/p>

\nAs artificial intelligence becomes increasingly embedded in transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, fraud detection, investigations and suspicious activity reporting workflows, financial institutions face growing pressure to ensure these systems are governed responsibly, validated effectively and aligned with evolving regulatory expectations.
