NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Link Logistics<\/a> (\u201cLink\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a leading operator of last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse properties, today announced the launch of its second annual Small Business Challenge<\/a> (the \u201cChallenge\u201d), now open for applications. Building on last year\u2019s inaugural program<\/a>, the Link Logistics Small Business Challenge now includes both small-bay industrial and business park customers.<\/p> \nThe grand prize winner of the Challenge will receive $75,000<\/b>, with three runners-up each receiving $10,000<\/b>. Last year\u2019s Challenge drew nearly 150 applications from innovative small businesses across the U.S.<\/p> \n\"Following the success of our inaugural Link Parks Small Business Challenge in 2025, we\u2019re thrilled to expand this year\u2019s program,\u201d said Glenn E. Applicants will share their entrepreneurial stories, unique perspectives and a detailed plan for how they would invest $75,000 to benefit their small businesses.<\/p> \nFrom the pool of eligible applicants, Link Logistics will select ten semifinalists to submit brief video essays, from which four finalists will be chosen to pitch to a panel of executive judges at a live event in October.
