<\/a><\/a>Based on the MIPI A-PHY<\/a> standard, the demonstration, taking place June 9-11, 2026, at AutoSens USA<\/a> (Booth #317), will feature solutions from Sony Semiconductor Solutions, Southchip Semiconductor Technology, Valens Semiconductor and Velinktech.<\/p> For the demonstration, these four A-PHY providers will contribute transmitters, each extending nearly 8Gbps of data from 8MP cameras over 15 meters (49 feet), to a Valens Semiconductor deserializer.<\/p> \u201cVendor interoperability like what\u2019s being demonstrated at AutoSens USA is another indicator of the maturity of the A-PHY specification and the robust multivendor ecosystem being built around it,\u201d said Peter Lefkin, MIPI Alliance executive director. \u201cAs A-PHY adoption continues to grow\u2014from image sensors and connectivity solutions to in-vehicle platforms\u2014we\u2019re delivering on A-PHY\u2019s commitment to provide automotive OEMs with greater flexibility, broader supplier choice and increased confidence in their supply chains.\u201d<\/p> MIPI A-PHY is a standardized, long-reach (up to 15 meters) SerDes solution that enables high-speed connectivity for image sensors and displays in next-generation ADAS, ADS and SDV centralized compute systems. Featuring ultra-high noise immunity and reliability, it supports multiple higher-layer protocols and forms the foundation of the MIPI Automotive SerDes Solutions<\/a> (MASS) end-to-end framework with built-in functional safety and security.
