\nNext 15 Group plc (AIM:NFG), the tech and data-driven growth consultancy, announces that 12,391 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company (\u2018Ordinary Shares\u2019) have been issued today in respect of the vesting of awards under the Next Fifteen Communications Group plc Long-Term Incentive Plan (\u2018LTIP\u2019).<\/p>

\nFollowing the allotment of the new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 101,041,326 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.<\/p>
