EnvisioNBR is a neighborhood-based nonprofit that works alongside residents and partners to revitalize North Baton Rouge neighborhoods through housing stability, heirs\u2019 property education and financial literacy programming<\/li>\n<li>\n<b>The BRidge Agency: $25,000<\/b>. The BRidge Agency supports youth and families through community-based programs and provides culturally responsive financial literacy and estate-planning education to help families protect and grow generational assets<\/li>\n<li>\n<b>Rebuilding Together Baton Rouge: $25,000<\/b>. Rebuilding Together Baton Rouge repairs homes and revitalizes communities while offering wraparound services, including legal education, referral and property financial literacy to help low-income seniors maintain safe, stable housing<\/li>\n<li>\n<b>Mid City Redevelopment Alliance: $25,000<\/b>. Mid City Redevelopment Alliance provides housing counseling, financial literacy and estate-planning support to help families clarify title, strengthen property ownership and preserve long-term stability<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>\nHeirs\u2019 property, land or homes passed down without a will, can create unclear ownership that prevents families from obtaining home repairs, accessing disaster relief or preserving family assets.<\/p><p>\n\u201cHeirs\u2019 property challenges can limit a family\u2019s ability to maintain ownership, access resources or build wealth,\u201d said Greg Hettrick, senior vice president and director of Community Investment at FHLB Dallas. \u201cThrough the Pathway Fund and committed members like Bonvenu Bank, we can support organizations that help families preserve their homes, strengthen neighborhoods and secure their futures.\u201d<\/p><p>\nLast year, FHLB Dallas and 15 participating members awarded $4.3 million in Pathway Fund grants to 42 organizations working to prevent or remediate heirs\u2019 property issues. The 2026 application window opens Monday August 3 and offers $3 million.
