\nMr. Harrison will work closely with the Firm\u2019s investment team and its portfolio company management teams in support of TCG\u2019s investment strategy and operational improvement initiatives. His expertise is highly complementary with TCG\u2019s business services focus and will deepen the Firm\u2019s value-creation capabilities.<\/p>
\nMr. Harrison most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of RESA Power, which is the largest national provider of mission-critical electrical power systems services and solutions. In that role, he led RESA\u2019s successful growth strategy, solidified the company\u2019s market-leading position, and played a critical role in its sale in April 2025.<\/p>

\nPrior to joining RESA, Mr. Harrison served as CEO and Board Member of Depot Connect International, a global leader in chemical and food-grade transportation services formed through the merger of Quala and Boasso Global. Earlier, he was CEO and Board Member of Rea Magnet Wire Company, the world\u2019s largest producer of magnet wire; CEO and Board Member of Azure Dynamics; and Group President of Hayes Lemmerz International. He also has held a variety of senior executive leadership roles across industrial and manufacturing businesses.<\/p>
\nMr. Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science from the University of Dayton in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.<\/p>
