He is the 10th<\/sup> attorney to receive this recognition.<\/p> \nHis commitment to mentoring and education is evidenced by more than 275 CLE presentations he has written and presented over his 50-year career. His programs have covered topics impacting family law, rules of evidence and rules of procedure, contract law, business law, fiduciary law, trust law, appellate procedure and many other subjects.<\/p> \n\u201cIt is a great honor to receive this award in commemoration of Pat Nester.
