(NYSE: AVEX) today announced the delivery of a $12.3 million multi\u2011mission DHC\u20116-300 Twin Otter aircraft to the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF), expanding the agency\u2019s aerial wildfire detection, situational awareness, and all-hazard response capabilities ahead of the 2026 fire season.<\/p><\/a><\/a><\/a><\/a>

\nThe aircraft includes a suite of advanced sensing, mapping, and mission\u2011system technologies, enabling ODF to rapidly identify new fire starts, monitor evolving conditions, and support both daytime and nighttime operations across the state. These capabilities are designed to help agency flight crews detect incidents earlier, improve real\u2011time understanding of fire behavior, and deliver critical intelligence to firefighters and decision-makers.<\/p>
