\n(the \u201cSub-Fund<\/b>\u201d)<\/p>
\nLuxembourg, 15 June 2026<\/p>
\nFurther to the termination of the Sub-Fund on 14 March 2023 (the \u201cTermination Date<\/b>\u201d), Redemption Proceeds were paid to the Shareholders of the Sub-Fund. The Redemption Proceeds were based on the Net Asset Value (the \u201cNAV<\/b>\u201d) per Share at the Termination Date (the \u201cFinal NAV<\/b>\u201d).<\/p>
\nThe board of directors of the Company hereby provides notice that a residual cash balance has arisen as a result of: i) a tax reclaim payment received after the Termination Date in relation to historical dividend withholding tax, following the application of European Court of Justice case law which was not foreseeable at the time of the liquidation of the Sub-Fund; and ii) interest accrued on the Sub-Fund\u2019s cash accounts after the Termination Date. This residual amount (the \u201cResidual Amount<\/b>\u201d) was not included in the Final NAV.<\/p>
\nThe Residual Amount will be paid to the former Shareholders of the Sub-Fund on or around 29 June 2026 by way of payment to the Common Depositary Nominee for onwards payments to the ICSDs. The details of the Residual Amount are set out in the table below:<\/p>
