What Happened?<\/b><\/p>

On February 19, 2026, Grail announced that the \u201cprimary endpoint of statistically significant Stage III-IV [cancer] reduction was not observed\u201d in its NHS-Galleri Trial due, in part, to \u201cprobably need[ing] a longer follow-up time to be able to [compare the study arms] adequately.\u201d<\/p>

On this news, Grail\u2019s stock price fell $51.32, or 50.5%, to close at $50.21 per share on February 20, 2026, thereby injuring investors.<\/p>

What Is The Lawsuit About?<\/b><\/p>

The complaint filed in this class action alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and\/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company\u2019s business, operations, and prospects.
