On March 24, 2026, Culper Research published a report alleging \u201cChannel Stuffing, an Undisclosed Related Party Distributor, and \u20133% Real Growth in 2025 vs. +20% Reported.\u201d Among other things, the report stated that \u201ctwo high-level employees at one of ADMA's two largest distributors,\u201d had confirmed independently that \u201cstarting in 2025, ADMA induced the distributor to stock excess ASCENIV by offering rebates and extended payment terms in order to meet order expectations. Distributors take unwanted product without having to pay for it, ADMA books the revenues, and reports growth that was never there<\/b><\/i>.\u201d<\/p>

On this news, ADMA\u2019s stock price fell $3.96, or 29.1%, over two consecutive trading days to close at $9.63 per share on March 25, 2026, thereby injuring investors.<\/p>

What Is The Lawsuit About?<\/b><\/p>

The complaint filed in this class action alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and\/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company\u2019s business, operations, and prospects.
