What Happened?<\/b><\/p>

On April 20, 2026, Nano-X released its fourth quarter 2025 financial results, reported a net loss of $33.4 million, mainly due to a $17.5 million charge attributed to impairment of long-lived assets following a restructuring initiative at its Korean chip manufacturing facility. Additionally, the Company announced that its Chief Financial Officer would be stepping down from his position.<\/p>

On this news, Nano-X\u2019s stock price fell $0.69, or 24.4%, to close at $2.16 per share on April 20, 2026, thereby injuring investors.<\/p>

What Is The Lawsuit About?<\/b><\/p>

The complaint filed in this class action alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and\/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company\u2019s business, operations, and prospects.
