(TSXV: ETL) (FSE: OW3) (OTCQX: EEMMF), \u201cE3\u201d, \u201cE3 Lithium\u201d or the \u201cCompany,\u201d a leader in Canadian lithium development, is pleased to announce that all items of business were approved at its Annual General Meeting (the \u201cAGM\u201d) of shareholders, held on June 17, 2026.<\/p><\/a><\/a>

\nIn particular, the Company received shareholder approval to the following:<\/p>

  1. \nAppointment of MNP LLP as the Company\u2019s auditor for the ensuing year;<\/li>\n
  2. \nSetting the number of directors at five and the election of all director nominees, being:\n
      \n
    1. \nChris Doornbos;<\/li>\n
    2. \nKevin Stashin;<\/li>\n
    3. \nAlexandra Cattelan;<\/li>\n
    4. \nSonya Savage; and<\/li>\n
    5. \nTina Craft;<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/li>\n
    6. \nAdoption of an omnibus equity incentive plan (the \u201cOmnibus Plan\u201d), as described in the Company\u2019s Management Information Circular dated May 4, 2026 (the \u201cCircular\u201d); and<\/li>\n
    7. \nAuthorization (by an ordinary resolution of disinterested shareholders) of the grant of awards under the Omnibus Plan to insiders of the Company, as described in the Circular.<\/li>\n<\/ol>

      \nE3 Lithium\u2019s Board of Directors (the \u201cBoard\u201d) subsequently confirmed the appointment, and continuation from the previous year, of all the chairs and members of the Company\u2019s committees for the following year, as well as Chris Doornbos as the Chair of the Board and Alexandra Cattelan as the lead director.<\/p>
