\nMr. Balaian brings more than 30 years of construction industry experience, including nearly two decades with BCCI Construction. Most recently, he served as Vice President of BCCI Construction\u2019s Silicon Valley office, where he oversaw one of the firm\u2019s highest-producing regions. His leadership experience spans preconstruction, project management, field operations, personnel development, financial performance and long-term client relationships. His project experience spans complex office, lab, headquarters and tenant improvement projects for leading technology, healthcare, professional services and corporate clients, including Google, Apple, Stryker, Stanford, KPMG, Chevron, Bank of America, CZI, Skadden, Veritas Technologies, McAfee, Hitachi Vantara and Aurora.<\/p>
