\nHe brings over 15 years\u2019 experience advising UK, US, and European sponsors on investment and M&A opportunities. His practice focuses on mid-market private equity buyouts, bolt-on acquisitions to existing platform investments as well as general portfolio company matters. His work spans multiple sectors, with notable experience in enterprise software, technology, media and telecoms, and energy and infrastructure.<\/p>
