\nCarroll rejoins Mad Engine after four years, having played a key role in the company\u2019s early growth. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in global sourcing, production strategy, and operational leadership. His return comes at a pivotal time as the business continues to scale and expand into new channels and product categories.<\/p>

\nMendez joins Mad Engine with over 20 years of experience in global sourcing, production, and operational leadership.
