\nThe board of directors of the Company (the \u201cBoard of Directors<\/b>\u201d) hereby informs shareholders of a change to the registered office of the Company.<\/p>
\nState Street Bank International GmbH, Luxembourg Branch, acting as Depositary, Administrative Agent, Paying Agent, Domiciliary Agent and Listing Agent, and Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, will change its registered office from 49, avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to 17, Boulevard de Kockelscheuer, L-1821 Luxembourg with effect from 1 July 2026 (the \u201cEffective Date<\/b>\u201d).<\/p>
\nAs a consequence of the above, the registered office of the Company will also be changed to 17, Boulevard de Kockelscheuer, L-1821 Luxembourg from the Effective Date. The details of the change are set out in the table below:<\/p>
