The ITC Commission\u2019s final decision and the bans are subject to a 60-day review period of the US President.<\/p><br\/><a href=\"https:\/\/mms.businesswire.com\/media\/20260507045561\/en\/2799203\/5\/LOGO_RGB.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mms.businesswire.com\/media\/20260507045561\/en\/2799203\/22\/LOGO_RGB.jpg\" \/><\/a><br\/><a href=\"https:\/\/mms.businesswire.com\/media\/20260507045561\/en\/2799203\/5\/LOGO_RGB.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mms.businesswire.com\/media\/20260507045561\/en\/2799203\/21\/LOGO_RGB.jpg\" \/><\/a><p>\n\u201cThis decision once again highlights the robustness of Infineon\u2019s intellectual property. In a parallel dispute in Germany, Infineon is asserting infringement of three patents and one utility model in the Munich District Court I (Landgericht M\u00fcnchen I). Already in August 2024, the Munich court found infringement of the first Infineon patent by Innoscience.
