\nAs the entry point for prospective applicants, visitors will be welcomed and connected with both Cirrus Talent & Organizational Effectiveness (T&OE), and Learning & Development (L&D) teams to explore a wide range of opportunities across the organization, from administrative to manufacturing roles. The facility will serve as a central hub for recruiting, technical, and field service maintenance training and ongoing team member development programs.<\/p>
\nCirrus continues to invest in building a strong talent pipeline through partnerships and programs that include veteran hiring initiatives, such as those for 148th<\/sup> Air National Guard members transitioning to civilian life, a high school manufacturing internship program, and collaborations with Lake Superior College (LSC) in machining and aviation maintenance. Additional partnerships with industry vendors support ongoing upskilling and workforce development across the business.
