\nYoung & Co.\u2019s Brewery, P.L.C. (the \u201cCompany\u201d) announces that between 5 May \u2013 7 May 2026, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced by the Company on 17 November 2025 (the \u201cShare Buyback Programme\u201d), it has purchased the following Non-voting ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each (\u201cNon-voting Shares\u201d and the \u201cPurchased Shares\u201d) in the Company through Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited (\u201cStifel\u201d) on the London Stock Exchange.<\/p>
