\nPartnerships Driving Innovation<\/b><\/p>
\nThe event reflects Corvias\u2019 collaborative approach to advancing military installations as hubs for innovation \u2013 bringing together government, military, and industry partners to identify and validate solutions that strengthen readiness and quality of life.<\/p>

\nModernization at Work<\/b><\/p>
\nThe event provided attendees with a start-to-finish look at the modernization efforts. Led by Corvias, and supported by Velarium Energy and Ameresco, the tour began at Oklahoma City-based ClimateMaster, which manufactures the geothermal heat pumps being installed at Fort Sill, before moving directly on post to observe drilling operations. Geothermal systems use the Earth's stable underground temperatures to heat and cool homes, reducing energy consumption 40 percent to 70 percent compared to traditional HVAC.<\/p>
\nFollowing the demonstrations, attendees visited a home equipped with the newly installed upgrades, including advanced system controls that use AI to enable predictive maintenance.<\/p>
\nA Self-Funding Model for Modernization<\/b><\/p>
\nFort Sill's energy transformation is being delivered through an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC), a flexible financing model that allows installations to modernize infrastructure now and pay for improvements over time through generated savings. Across the Corvias portfolio, ESPC projects are projected to generate approximately $61 million in annual savings and more than $1.7 billion over their lifecycle.<\/p>
\nAlongside similar initiatives in wellness, digital transformation, and other priority areas, the project demonstrates how Corvias communities can serve as model sites for scaling site-level innovation nationwide, helping accelerate implementation and readiness for military families and installations alike.<\/p>
