SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hafnia Limited (\u201cHafnia\u201d, the \u201cCompany\u201d, OSE ticker code: \u201cHAFNI\u201d, NYSE ticker code: \u201cHAFN\u201d) announces today that Mikael Skov has decided to step down as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hafnia effective 1 September 2026. The Board of Directors has appointed S\u00f8ren Steenberg Jensen, EVP, Head of Asset Management to succeed Mikael as CEO.<\/p><\/a><\/a>

\nMikael Skov has led Hafnia since its establishment in 2010 and has played a defining role in building the Company into one of the world\u2019s leading product tanker platforms.<\/p>

\nMikael will be joining Hafnia\u2019s board of directors subject to confirmation at a proposed Extraordinary General Meeting.<\/p>
