Matt James officially steps into the CEO role, bringing strategic, financial, and M&A expertise, leading execution across all aspects of value creation after co-founding the business with Smith.<\/p>

As President, Vaughan brings the perspective of a career insurance professional and producer and the drive of a proven leader. In this expanded role, he will focus on reinforcing Oakbridge\u2019s client-first and producer-first culture and deepening the company\u2019s organic growth capabilities.<\/p>

Ledyard architected and implemented Oakbridge\u2019s regional governance model which strategically accelerated pace of hiring, partner onboarding, and day-to-day execution, enabling the firm to scale without losing the producer-centric responsiveness that defines its culture.<\/p>
