MANSFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TriMark USA LLC (\u201cTriMark\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), the largest North American integrated provider of design services, equipment, and supplies to the foodservice industry, today announced that Terry O\u2019Brien has informed the Company\u2019s Board of Directors of his decision to retire as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective July 1, 2026, in order to focus on his health and larger life goals. In the interim, O\u2019Brien will serve as an advisor to the Chairman of the Board to ensure a smooth transition, following which he will continue as a member of the Board of Directors to support the Company\u2019s current transformation and growth momentum. TriMark\u2019s Board of Directors has appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) James Noonan to serve as CEO.<\/p>

\nA known and trusted leader within the organization, Noonan brings extensive financial, operational and leadership experience to the role of CEO. During his tenure as CFO, he was deeply involved in advancing TriMark\u2019s strategic priorities. Prior to joining TriMark, he served as CFO of Hollingsworth & Vose, a global leader in filtration and energy storage solutions. He also previously held senior leadership roles at Suffolk Construction, including Vice President, Operations and CFO.<\/p>
