NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IMS Group and its investment management division, IMS Capital Management (IMS CM), are pleased to announce the appointment of John M. Caccia, Esq. as Chairman effective July 1, 2026.<\/p><\/a><\/a><\/a><\/a>

\nMr. Caccia will be resident in the New York office of IMS Group and will play an active role in the development of IMS CM. Prior to his appointment as IMS Chairman, Mr. Caccia practiced law in Skadden\u2019s New York office. On June 30, 2026 he concluded his tenure as senior partner in the Investment Management practice after more than 25 years at Skadden.<\/p>
