\nAppointment of Diana Houghton as a Non-Executive Director<\/p>
\nThe Board of Young\u2019s is pleased to announce the appointment of Diana Houghton as a Non-Executive Director with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting, to be held on Tuesday, 7th<\/sup> July 2026.<\/p> \nDiana is currently a Non-Executive Director of Marshalls plc where she was recently appointed Senior Independent Director. She brings extensive cross\u2011sector experience to the role, spanning retail, leisure, consumer goods and industrial manufacturing, and covering strategy, M&A, turnarounds and organic business improvement.<\/p> \nDiana was Senior Adviser to the National Audit Office between 2010 and 2015 and spent seven years on the board of Thorntons plc as Chair of the Audit Committee and Senior Independent Director.
