On May 11, 2026, after market hours, ZoomInfo released its first quarter 2026 financial results, revealing that the Company was reducing its revenue guidance, realigning its downmarket business, laying off 20% of its workforce, and expecting to incur approximately $45-60 million in restructuring costs due, in part, to \u201ca trend of AI and agentic confusion in [the Company\u2019s] customer conversations.<\/b><\/i>\u201d<\/p>
