NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Graycliff Partners LP announced today that its portfolio company Vytex, a manufacturer of vinyl windows and doors for the residential replacement and remodeling industry, has acquired Vinyl Kraft. The combination creates a diversified window and door manufacturing platform spanning the East Coast and Midwestern United States.<\/p><\/a><\/a>

\nVytex, founded in 1988 and headquartered in Laurel, MD, serves the residential replacement and remodeling market through a dealer-direct sales channel across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Northeast with the ability to produce more than 200,000 windows and doors annually.<\/p>

\nVinyl Kraft, based in New Boston, Ohio, manufactures vinyl windows and doors, primarily serving the residential replacement and remodeling industry through both traditional distribution and dealer-direct sales channels. Founded in 1991, Vinyl Kraft manufactures over 100,000 windows and doors annually.<\/p>
