In this role, Bailey will lead Blue Wolf's Operating Partners, working closely with portfolio company management teams and continuing to drive returns across investments in both the healthcare and industrials sectors. George Judd, who joined Blue Wolf in 2018 and previously served as Lead Operating Partner, will continue as an Operating Partner at the firm.<\/p>
\nBailey brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience across the healthcare, consumer products, and aerospace and defense industries. Since joining Blue Wolf as an Operating Partner in 2024, she has worked hand-in-hand with portfolio companies to advance strategic and operational initiatives and drive value, while playing a critical role in the firm\u2019s integrated approach to building long-term, sustainable businesses.<\/p>
