\nThe Board builds upon AIF\u2019s broader Advisory Boards ecosystem, which has been central to AIF\u2019s ability to deliver investor-driven content and convene trusted forums. AIF\u2019s Advisory Board, which consists of five sub-Boards, has been chaired by Harvard Business School Professor of Investment Banking Josh Lerner since its inception and includes over 150 leading institutional investors, academics, and consultants.<\/p>
\nAIF\u2019s Private Wealth Advisory Board extends AIF\u2019s long-established governance model to the rapidly evolving private wealth landscape. As allocations to private markets continue to grow, wealth platforms are navigating increasingly complex questions about liquidity, portfolio construction, governance, and product design.<\/p>

\nEstablished in 2026, AIF\u2019s Private Wealth Center provides a dedicated platform for education, collaboration, and peer-to-peer exchange. The Center aims to bridge the experience of institutional investors, who have spent decades building private markets programs, with the distinct needs and constraints of private wealth platforms, focusing on portfolio construction, liquidity management, governance frameworks, and product innovation.<\/p>
