He has also played an instrumental role in mergers and acquisitions, public market transactions, post-merger integrations, and divestitures across complex, multifaceted organizations, all of which are core competencies central to Peraton's continued strategic expansion.<\/p>
\nOmar has held leadership roles at Perspecta, Vencore, ManTech, and SAIC. He began his career at the Federal Reserve Board, where he built a strong foundation in financial analysis and a deep understanding of government contracting and the macroeconomic and regulatory environments that shape the industry.<\/p>
