\nYOUNG & CO'S BREWERY PLC\n
\nYoung & Co.\u2019s Brewery, P.L.C. (the \u201cCompany\u201d) announces that between 13 July and 16 July, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced by the Company on 08 July 2026 (the \u201cShare Buyback Programme\u201d), it has purchased the following Non-voting ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each (\u201cNon-voting Shares\u201d) and A ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each (\u201cA Shares\u201d) in the Company through Peel Hunt LLP (\u201cPeel Hunt\u201d) on the London Stock Exchange.<\/p>
\nThe purchased Non-voting Shares will be cancelled and the purchased A Shares will be held in Treasury, following which the Company will have 22,569,749 Non-voting Shares and 38,037,755 A Shares in issue (including 10,250 A Shares in Treasury).<\/p>
\nIn accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 596\/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended), the table below contains detailed information of the individual trades made by Peel Hunt in respect of the purchased Non-voting Shares and A Shares under the Share Buyback Programme.<\/p>
