\nThe board of directors of the Company (the \u201cBoard of Directors<\/b>\u201d) hereby informs the shareholders of the Funds (the \u201cShareholders<\/b>\u201d) that Nasdaq Inc. (\u201cNasdaq<\/b>\u201d), in its capacity as index administrator of the respective Reference Indices and Parent Indices of the Funds, as set out in the table below, (the \u201cIndex Administrator<\/b>\u201d), has resolved to introduce certain changes as detailed below (the \u201cChanges<\/b>\u201d) on 20 July 2026 (the \u201cEffective Date<\/b>\u201d).<\/p>

\nCapitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the \u201cProspectus<\/b>\u201d) or the supplement of the relevant Fund (the \u201cSupplement<\/b>\u201d) unless the context otherwise requires.<\/p>

\nA. Overview of the Changes<\/span><\/b><\/p>

\n(1)\u00a0Parent Index of the Funds<\/i><\/b><\/p>

\nPrior to the Changes, the Reference Indices of the Funds utilised either the Nasdaq Global Disruptive Technology Benchmark Index or the Nasdaq Global Index, as set out in the table below, (the \u201cCurrent Parent Indices<\/b>\u201d).<\/p>

\nAs of the Effective Date, the Parent Index utilised by the Reference Indices of the Funds changes to the Nasdaq Global Disruptive Technology Benchmark2 Index (\u201cNYDTB2\u201d<\/b>). The NYDTB2 methodology remains broadly consistent with the methodology of the Current Parent Indices and retains the same core construction principles. For the avoidance of doubt, the Index Administrator remains unchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

\nNasdaq has also resolved to implement enhancements to the methodologies of the current Reference Indices. The changes include, as applicable, updates to the thematic classification framework, constituent eligibility criteria, thematic coverage, ESG-related screening rules and index maintenance procedures.<\/p>

\nThese enhancements are intended to ensure that the Reference Indices continue to reflect evolving innovation trends and market developments while maintaining their respective thematic focus. For the avoidance of doubt, the Changes are largely evolutionary rather than structural and the Board does not expect the Changes to have a material impact on the Investment Objective, Selection Criteria, risk profile, or expected return characteristics of the Funds.<\/p>
