(NYSE: LW) announced today that on May 11<b>,<\/b> 2026, the company granted 15,096<b> <\/b>restricted stock units (the \u201cInducement Awards\u201d) to James D. Gray. The company\u2019s Compensation and Human Capital Committee approved the grant of Inducement Awards, made under the Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. 2026 Inducement Stock Plan, to Mr. Gray as a material inducement to Mr. Gray\u2019s hiring as Chief Financial Officer on April 2, 2026.
