\nDG&A brings an experienced team of land surveying professionals, established operations in Georgia and North Carolina, and a strong base of long-standing client relationships across the Southeast region. The acquisition expands SAM\u2019s labor resources and client reach in Georgia while strengthening the Company\u2019s ability to support growing infrastructure and development activity across the region.<\/p>

\nThe acquisition is especially strategic for SAM\u2019s utilities team. DG&A adds experienced, utility-focused survey resources in Georgia, increasing SAM\u2019s execution capacity in a market with expanding utility infrastructure demand.
