HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Black Stone Minerals, L.P. (NYSE: BSM) (\u201cBlack Stone,\u201d \u201cBSM,\u201d or \u201cthe Partnership\u201d) today declared the distribution attributable to the second quarter of 2026. Additionally, the Partnership announced the date of its second quarter 2026 earnings call.<\/p><\/a><\/a>

\nCommon Distribution<\/b><\/p>

\nThe Board of Directors of the general partner has approved a cash distribution of $0.32 per common unit attributable to the second quarter of 2026. This represents an increase of approximately 7% over the common distribution paid with respect to the prior quarter. Distributions will be payable on August 13, 2026, to unitholders of record on August 6, 2026.<\/p>
