\nDuring the conference, FICS' customers attended educational sessions focused on the newest ways to optimize FICS software, regulatory updates, and evolving best practices in the mortgage origination and servicing industry. The sessions provided valuable insights into leveraging technology to navigate today's complex mortgage landscape. Attendees heard from Fannie Mae\u00ae on Event-Based Reporting, FHLB on MPF updates and Borrower Assistance Strategies, and Freddie Mac\u00ae on investor reporting. These sessions provided timely guidance on regulatory changes impacting mortgage servicers and lenders in 2026.<\/p>

\nThe conference marked the first Users\u2019 Conference under FICS\u2019 new co-president leadership structure. Shalecia Callaway, Co-President and COO, and Aaron Lynch, Co-President and CTO, each addressed attendees, reaffirming the company's commitment to customer-driven development and continued investment in system performance and innovation.<\/p>
