As CTO, Dolkas will oversee HTB\u2019s engineering organization and technology strategy, including platform architecture, engineering operations and product delivery. Dolkas brings nearly 20 years of executive technology leadership experience across cybersecurity, SaaS, mobility and insurance. Prior to joining HTB, Dolkas served as CTO at OWNR Deutschland GmbH, leading engineering and technology strategy. He holds a Ph.D. in cloud computing architecture and a master\u2019s degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the National Technical University of Athens.<\/p>
As CMO, Bartlett will lead the company\u2019s global marketing organization and oversee brand, communications, product marketing, demand generation and go-to-market strategy. Since joining HTB as Vice President of Marketing in 2025, Bartlett has expanded the company\u2019s global awareness while advancing its vision.<\/p>
Before joining HTB, Bartlett served as CMO at SonicWall after holding senior marketing leadership roles at Cisco. She has been recognized as a CRN Women of the Channel honoree and named to the 2026 HotTopics Future B2B CMO 100.<\/p>
