\nThis year, more than 100 technicians, composed of teams of three with one captain, will complete SuperPro\u2122, the company\u2019s proprietary multi-step service process, from the first customer greeting through the final wave goodbye. Teams earned their place to compete in Oilympics through local and market-level qualifiers, with the top performers advancing to the international competition where judges score each team on speed, precision, and the complete service experience.<\/p>
\nGold, silver, and bronze are awarded in both U.S. and Canadian teams, with additional recognition for most valuable player and best overall service experience.<\/p>
