The ratings reflect the initial credit enhancement levels ranging from 38.86% for the Class A notes to 3.00% for the Class F notes. Credit enhancement on the notes consists of overcollateralization, subordination (except for the Class F Notes), a cash reserve account if funded after closing, and excess spread.<\/p><br\/><a href=\"https:\/\/mms.businesswire.com\/media\/20260729954711\/en\/2862975\/5\/kbra-logo.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mms.businesswire.com\/media\/20260729954711\/en\/2862975\/22\/kbra-logo.jpg\" \/><\/a><br\/><a href=\"https:\/\/mms.businesswire.com\/media\/20260729954711\/en\/2862975\/5\/kbra-logo.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mms.businesswire.com\/media\/20260729954711\/en\/2862975\/21\/kbra-logo.jpg\" \/><\/a><p>\nAVCCT 2026-1 will issue six classes of notes in an aggregate principal amount of $300.00 million and will be collateralized by $309.28 million of credit card receivables. AVCCT 2026-1 will include a three-year revolving period where no principal payments will be made on the notes unless an Early Amortization Event occurs. The receivables in the Master Trust are generated by accounts owned by WebBank (\u201cWebBank\u201d), a Utah-state chartered industrial bank. WebBank will act as the Originating Bank and Account Owner. To date, nine series have been issued from the Master Trust, of which six remain outstanding.<\/p><p>\nAvant, LLC (\u201cAvant\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) is the Sponsor, Seller, Program Manager, Servicer and Administrator for AVCCT 2026-1. Founded in 2012, Avant is located in Chicago, Illinois, and operates an online lending platform, which offers unsecured personal loans and credit cards primarily to near-prime consumers through its online marketplace lending platform Avant Platform.
