Schuster brings more than 20 years of product and technology leadership in enterprise software. He most recently served as a Chief Product Officer at ADP, where he led product strategy for ADP Workforce Now, a human capital management platform serving more than 90,000 companies. His work included advancing the platform\u2019s AI strategy and ADP Assist, an AI-powered product that helps employees and managers complete tasks and access support directly within the platform.<\/p>
Before ADP, Schuster spent nearly 15 years at Ceridian, now Dayforce, where he served as vice president of Dayforce product management during the company's evolution from legacy payroll provider to cloud HCM platform.<\/p>
